At FELOCITY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all FELOCITY tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
